Hermann-Josef Zoche was born 1958 in Bremen. He studied philosophy and theology in Frankfurt/Main, Freiburg, Munich and Augsburg. He received his doctorate degree in Augsburg (Foregiveness) and in general philosophy (in Freiburg on systems of thinking), with minors in business and social sciences. He held seminars and gave lectures for management and industry, for trained professionals, and was course director of the concept of seminars on "management and ethics".
He collaborated and co-authored the text book "Sales Perfect" of the Roland Betz Academy - Ammerthal. Together with the Academy he was awarded third place in a competition of the Institut of International Research. For many years he has belonged to the "top 100 "speakers in the German speaking countries, with numerous articles in magazines, as well as several published books, and more than 1000 lectures at many conferences and on other occasions, dealing with topics of ethics, conflicts, communication, motivation, successes, cooperation with power structures, and relationship with young trainees.
